Copy of the minutes of the meeting held by Higher Education secretary VS Oberoi on June 17, 2016, with representatives of Home Ministry, I&B Ministry, MEA to follow up on the action taken after the Prime Ministers meeting on the issue of allowing foreign universities to open campuses in India. \n\nI am willing to pay for the copies of the minutes.
