Kindly provide me following information under RTI Act :-\n1.furnish the guidelines for refund of fees formulated by Ministry/JoSAA/CSAB-2015 for Academic Year 2015-16.\n2. As per extant guidelines, whether a student who was offered a seat in a NIT in fourth round of counselling took admission and then subsequently withdrew before the Special round conducted on 18/8/15 is eligible for refund of Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs. 45,000/-\n3 Whether Yash Parmar, JEE (Main) Roll No 1393926 and MANIT, Bhopal Scholor No 151119039 is eligible for refund of Seat Acceptance Fees after having withdrawing admission during fourth round of counselling and much before the Special round of Counselling conducted on 18/8/15\n4. Whether Public Grievance Registration No DSEHE/E/2015/05279 received by Ministry has been replied. Pl furnish a copy of the reply sent by your Deptt against the above Public Grievance\n5. What is the time frame fixed by your Ministry for making refund of fees to eligible candidates during academic session 2015-16.\n6. How many cases of refund after withdrawing admission in 4th round of counselling pending for all NITs/IITs in total. \n7. What action the Ministry has taken or propose to take to make refund in such cases
