1. List of all persons working in personal staff of cabinet minister and ministers of state in your department. I need the information along with their name , designation, date of appointment in this ministry, parent cadre. 2. List of persons who have been appointed in the personal of cabinet minister and ministers of state with the approval of Prime Minister of India (being minister in charge of DoPT). 3. List of persons whose appointments were not required to get clearance from PM/ DoPT. 4. List of persons who are not appointed in the personal staff of cabinet minister/ MoS but working in their personal staff. Please also provide the designation of the said persons and work assigned to them. Please also provide the name of department from where such persons are getting their salary.

The CPIO informed reg para-4 of my application that the information was being ciollected from appropriate sources and would be provided in due course separately. I am sorry to say that I am yet to get any response on this part despite so much time passed. You are therefore requested to ask the concerned CPIO to provide the requisite information. Also, you are requested to impose a penalty of Rs. 250 per day because such persons are deliberately denying the information and creating an impression that Narendra Modi government is against RTI and against transparency. An urgent action is requested against the responsible persons.
