In other words, budgeted amount for different types of programs for year 2013-14. 5. Have you met your cost targets or exceeded for the planned programs/projects . If exceeded, please provide the estimated amount, category of spending, actual amount of spending. Please provide the list of categories for which estimated amount and actual amount of spending are same. 6. Have you met your time targets for the planned programs/projects. if exceeded then, please provide the estimated timelines, category of the project / program, actual time taken for completing it 7. What are the long term projects executed by your department Please list the projects, date on which the project started, project cost, year wise spending on the project, estimated amount, actual amount spent, estimated timelines, actual timelines, list of beneficiary states 8. Who are the registered contractors/vendors that executed your projects for the year 2013-14, if any 9. How many employees in your department has corruption charges pending against them 10. How many employees are suspended due to corruption charges for the past 10 years 11. What goals were defined and achieved by your department for the year 2013-14 12. Total number of citizens benefitted by your programs for the year 2013-14. Please provide the categorization of these citizens statewise. 13. what challenges your department is facing in terms of people, finances, etc., in accomplishing your objectives 14. What are the operational activities of your department that directly benefit the citizens
