Under RTI Act- 2005 kindly provide following Information : 1) What is the new CGPA to Percentage conversion formula followed by IIT Roorkee. 2) Kindly attach a copy of Notice no- IITR/Acad/322015 dated Feb. 03 , 2015 ( CGPA-Percentage related ) of IIT Roorkee. 3) Does the above Notice applicable to Batch of 2009-13 (B.Tech, UG ). If Yes , then Can a new degree certificate be issued on the name of previous candidate of batch-2009-13. If No then how the old degree certificate will be used. Which supported document shall be used by a candidate as a proof for new conversion formula.
