PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION 1-what are the new policies, programmes, plan of action and vision being undertaken and implemented by your ministry or departments and your sub-ordinate and autonomous organization under your ministry since July 2014 and till date for the welfare of the common people of India and your staff and officers and employees . 2-what steps are being taken to implement and accelerate and streamline. swachh bharat and clean India mission by your ministry and different department and your sub-ordinate and autonomous organization under your ministry to maintain cleanliness .hygiene of offices in the year 2015 till date . 3-Provide or supply the OFFICIAL circular, letters, guidelines issued and received by your ministry and department from the PMO, DOPT AND CABINET SECREATARY AND PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, and GOVT.OF INDIA. IN THE YEAR 2014 and 2015 regarding good governance, cleanliness, work culture, innovation, checking corruption and women safety. 4. What steps are taken by your ministry and department to check, control and eradicate corruption and financial irregularities. Provide the circulars and letters issued by your ministry to sub-ordinate departments regarding corruption in the year2014 and 2015. 5-Is CCTV Cameras and LED BULBS installed in your ministry and department and autonomous organization under your ministry at important places. 6-what steps are taken and money sanctioned for fitting and installing CCTV Cameras and LED BULBS in your ministry and department. 7. What is the number of CCTV Cameras and LED BULBS installed in your ministry and department at important places. 8-Is there disable friendly ramps, toilets and washrooms for differently able or physically and visually handicap people AND employees in your ministry, department and sub-ordinate and autonomous organization under your ministry. 9-what are the names and official addresses of various sub-ordinate departments and organization functioning under your ministry and what is the individual number of muslims-christians-sikhs and bachelors and spinsters and handicap employee working in various sub-ordinate departments and organization under your ministry in the year 2015 till date. 10-Name the officers or employees and staff of your various sub ordinate and autonomous department who had gone for foreign training, higher studies outside India in the year 2014 and 2015.
