Dear Sir, (1.) Please provide with the following informations relating to examination conducted by JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION for taking admission in IITs , NITs. 1. No of candidates applied , appeared and selected in the JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM for taking admission in IITs and NITs for last 4 years.(2015,2014,2013,2012) (a) No of candidates appeared in terms of BOYS and GIRLS separately belonging to different categories (GENERAL / OBC /SC/ST/PWD) (b) No of candidates SELECTED in IITs and NITs and Taken admission in various IITs and NITs , in terms of BOYS and GIRLS separately belonging to different categories (GENERAL / OBC /SC/ST/PWD) 2. No of selected boys and girls who have taken admission in IITs and NITs and whose parents income is 3 lacs or above and below 1 lac belonging to different categories separately. 3. No of all boys and girls whose parent (PARENTS OCCUPATION) is Government employee ,Private employee, Self employed ,Business man ,Farmer,Pensioners belonging to different categories (a) provided information MUST be for APPLIED, APPEARED ,SELECTED and ADMITTED candidates. 4. The cost of form for the entrance examination is not same for all the years so please provide me with the information regarding the cost of entrance form and the REASONS for the variation in the cost of forms for last 4 years. 5. what was the cost of conducting examination per person and total cost of conducting examination for current year and for preceeding 3 years . 6.How much amount was collected by selling forms in current year and in preceeding last 3 years and how it has been used in current year and in preceeding last 3 years. 7.Do girls pay for the entrance form . if NO then WHY.
