As per declared notice having no. F.N0.17-2/2014-TS.I , PhD students will get increased fellowship from 1 october 2014. But, I wish to know about how much the contigency fund allocated by the MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT for PhD student per annum.
