1. Types of election duties (general election, assemble election, local body election, etc) assigned to Teaching and Non-teaching staff of all Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs) and National Institute of Technologies (NITs). 2. Details of such duties assigned in last 5 years to all these institutes. These include Name of members alongwith their designation, Pay Scale, Designation given in election duty, Type of election (general, assembly, etc) 3. Whether any academic institute is exempted in not performing election duty. If yes, provide the reasons. 4. State: All members are given election duties or not. If not, provide reasons. 5. If asked by the election body (election officers) for the names, whether all names of employees are sent or not. If not, provide the reasons for exclusion of the names. 6. Any special situation where the institute has not sent the names. Provide the details.
