42 DOSEL/R/E/20/01444 nil Need an Information regarding outsource vacancy list for the post of Block Inclusive Education Resource Teacher, BIERT (High School Section) under Department of Public Instruction, Chikmagaluru district 29-06-2020 View Sir, Education is a subject in the concurrent list of the Constitution and majority of the schools in the country are under the administrative control of the State/UT Governments. Therefore, the matter related to outsource vacancy list for the post of Block Inclusive Education Resource Teacher, BIERT (High School Section) is decided by the concerned State/UT Government. Hence, we have no information to provide. Further, as per the DoPT OM No. 10/2/2008-IR dated 12.06.2008, if a person makes an application to a public authority for some information which is the concern of a public authority under any State Govt. or the Union Territory Administration, the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of the public authority receiving the application should inform the applicant that the information may be had from the concerned State/UT Governments. Application, in such a case, need not be transferred to the State/UT Governments. Accordingly, you were advised to seek the information from the State Government. However, a copy of your RTI Application is being forwarded to Education Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh for providing the relevant information directly to you. 2. The schools has started the initiatives to provide the classes online through their own means. Even the Govt. of India and Department of School Education has started its own portal Shagun through which online teaching and training is being initialized. I have following query: 1. Does Department of School Education and literacy M/o Human resource development have any guidelines regarding the online classes which is address to all the stakeholders of education sector 2. If yes, kindly share the guidelines source 3. If there is any guideline then which age group or class students are suitable for getting taught through online methodology, for ex. nursery or KG 4. If No, Does Department of School Education and literacy M/o Human resource development have any plan to formulate some guidelines to keep things in order for education sector 5.
