With reference to the Department of education and Literacy MHRD letter no. D.O. no. 1-2/2020-IS.5 dated 06.07.2020. I would like to seek following information under RTI act 2005.
1. The above mentioned letter states that a teacher may be allowed to work from home , in this respect please clarify whether work from home means working from teachers hometown or working from the place of posting.
2. If a teacher is in his hometown and could not join the station of posting after summer vacation due to COVID-19 but providing online classes from his home regularly , he is considered on duty or not as he is working from home. |

This Department vide letter no. 1-212020-13-5 dated 06.07.2020 has forwarded the guidelines of Unlock-2, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs whereby it has been directed that school, colleges, educational and coaching instifutions will remain closed till 31.07.2020.It has been further stated that online/distance learning shall continue to be permitted and shall be encouraged (Para I(l) of the guidelines refers). Further, it is to inform that service matters and administrative control of Teachers under the State government comes under the purview of the concerned State Govt. The State Government (Cadre Controlling Authorities) has to further decide whether they are satisfied with your services (with regard to their requirements) to be considered as work from home.For any Further clarification you may approach your State Govt./Cadre Controlling Authorities. |

Sir,
The applications for the National Teacher Award 2020 were filled through the online portal, based on the guidelines and score cards made by the Ministry and Department, in which the process is to be completed on the basis of the selection committee formed at the district, state and national levels. .
Please provide the desired information sought by the applicant-
Q 1. How many applications were received in Uttar Pradesh ? How much score was given to those teachers by district level selection committee, provide a list of those teachers with their score and name .
2. Based on the recommendation of the District Level Selection Committee of Uttar Pradesh, how many teachers were forwarded to the state level? What was his/her name and score?
3. What was the minimum cutoff score of applications sent from the state level to the MHRD in Uttar Pradesh? |
