37 DOHED/R/T/20/00072 nil Dear Sir, I, Sumer Singh, S/O- Late Sh Sushil Prasad Singh, want to state that IITs have started offering Bachelors of Design Programme. There is an exam called as UCEED established for selection to these B.Des programmes in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIITDM Jabalpur.
