Kashmiri students and Kashmiri people employed in other States and Union Territories like Punjab, Haryana, Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Goa, UP, MP, Maharastra, Assam, NE States, Orissa & WB are under attack and harassment by self-proclaimed patriots and ultra-nationalists. In view of such circumstances developing in the country I like to have the following information:
1. No. of Kashmiri students studying in different colleges and Univs. Of UP,Punjab,Haryana,Delhi,Uttarakhand,Rajasthan,MP,Maharastra,Gujrat,
Assam,Orissa and WB.
2. No. of such attacks occurred in above States till date after 14/02/2019.
3. Anticipation of such attacks by Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI and steps taken by them ,if any.Xerox copy of such documents may be attached.
4. Action taken by respective States in this regard and report filed with MOHA, GOI.
5. No. of violent incidents on Kashmiri people other than students in the above States.
6. Any compensation paid to suffering people by States or Central Govt. |

My name is Anagha Savit, I belong to OBC category under Ezhava caste in Kerala. My parents, both father and mother belong to Ezhava caste under Hindu religion. I study in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as my father is employed in UAE. My father does not have any other income other than his job in Dubai. He has only 35 cents of residential land in Thrissur, Kerala.
I would like to know if I am eligible for OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate as I want to apply for JEE entrance examination for admission to IITs in India, which is scheduled for 19th May 2019.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know that in the recent 103 constitutional amendment act the 10 percent reservation is only for educational institutes or is it also applicable for central government jobs.
Since the gazette mentions as follows:
b) any special provision for the advancement of any economically weaker sections of citizens other than the classes mentioned in clauses (4) and (5) in so far as such special provisions relate to their admission to educational institutions including private educational institutions, whether aided or unaided by the State, other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause (1) of article 30, which in the case of reservation would be in addition to the existing reservations and subject to a maximum of ten per cent. of the total seats in each category.
Hence the question.

Sir,
I have made a request to RTI ONLINE to give me the information about implementing the Economically Weaker Section RESERVATION in IITs and NITs . MY request No. DOHED/R/2019/50305. I have not received a complete information about implementing the Economically Weaker Section RESERVATION in IITs and NITS. Recently on 8th Feb 2019 Applications are for JEE mains which is an ENTRANCE EXAMINATION For ENGINEERING in IITS and NITS. In this Applications from there talk of EWS quota. I have received information that EWS RESERVATION is implementing in IITS and NITS. But in JEE MAINS I have not listened about EWS. I have mailed and contact NTA but I did not get any responses from them. I appealing to HRD MINISTRY to get into issues. I am giving the information brochure of JEE MAINS from
