Ms. Ratna Chowdhuri, an officer of Indian Statistical Service was posted in your Department as Assistant Director from the years 2000-01 to 2002-03. Kindly furnish me the following information under the RTI Act.
Kindly inform me whether Ms. Ratna Chowdhuri has reported about receiving any gift more than Rs. 5000/- as per the CCS Conduct Rules 1964 during the years 2000-01, 2001-02 and 2002-03. It may please be noted, I am not asking for the details of gifts received but merely about the submission or non-submission of the report.
I require the above information for enforcing my legal right as Ratna Chowdhuri has lodged several court cases as well as criminal complaint against me at several forum. As per decision of CIC in case no. CIC/MOSPI/C/2017/600259 Dated 17/04/18, the Public Authority is under statutory obligation of both Service Rules and RTI Act to disclose the report.
Since an FIR 0018/19 has been lodged against me at Tilak Marg P.S. for recovery of Stridhan and I apprehend that i may be arrested, the information may please be immediately provided. |

Sir,
I have filed a RTI ONLINE APPLICATION stating that please send my RTI ONLINE APPLICATION to NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY to provide information that number of candidates register for JEE MAINS 2019. CPIO sir told that my RTI ONLINE has been transferred to NTA to provide information.
So, I contact CPIO of JEE MAINS through phone call. He said I do not give any information. Since I cannot appeal to the NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY directly as it not have RTI online options to appeal to appellate Authorities. So, I am appealing to DEPARTMENT of Higher Education as NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY is under DEPARTMENT of Higher Education.

Kindly let me know the following in respect of IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kgp, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee & IIT Hyderabad FOR the year 2019 in respect of Computer Science and Engineering Department::-
A. The no. of seats against each programme such as M. Tech (TA), M. Tech (RA)/ MS in above IITs are being offered for admission in this year, preferably in the table given below.
1) No. of seats being offered to General candidates for M.Tech (TA)
2) No. of seats being offered to SC/ST/ OBC candidates for M.Tech (TA)
3) No. of seats being offered to EWS candidates for M. Tech (TA)
4) No. of seats being offered to General candidates for M.Tech (RA)/MS
5) No. of seats being offered to SC/ST/ OBC candidates for M.Tech (RA)/MS
6) No. of seats being offered to EWS candidates for M.Tech (RA)/MS
7) Pl. also indicate whether there is any seat reserved for Women candidates or not. If so, how many seats will be reserved against each programme as against each IIT. Will it affect the no. of seats of General candidates.
8) Pl. also inform whether EWS reservation will be given effect from this year itself. If so, how many seats in each IIT will be reserved for EWS category.
9) What were the Cut off ranks and GATE score in 2018 for each programme for each IIT.
