Sir,
The information sought was disposed off by CPIO on 10th May2019, stating that it was not available with Dept of Higher Edn, MHRD and the RTI request was forwarded to CPIO/PIO, National Testing agency ,C20-1A,/8, Sector 62, IITK Outreach Centre, Noida 201309,directing to provide the sought information directly to me.
However no reply has received from the above agency on my RTI even after 35 days, eventhough I was eagerly awating for that.
The information sought is a must for me and as I have all the right to get it on time , the delay on the part of the concerned agency is not acceptable. I am aware that all the information sought is available with the agency and can be retrieved on click of the mouse. The information sought does not fall into the category of those, which can not be provided to the public or to a citizen.
Please redress the issue and direct the official concerned to make it available.
