(The grievances related to degree validation exams that were conducted in compliance with the hon. Supreme court judgement on 3rd Nov. 2017 and Related to queries he has put on MHRD for the eligibility criteria for M.tech Computer Science. The grievance also pertains to complaints made in the name of candidates who were appearing for the examinations, the complainant might have also mentioned the various aspects that he wish MHRD should have followed for the conduct of the examination in pursuance with the Supreme court judgement on 3rd Nov. 2017. I want to state to the PIO that the complainant might have made several efforts to cancel the candidature of candidate in the name of eligibility criteria etc, by referring and quoting lines from the judgement of hon. SC delivered on 3rd Nov 2017, like CBI Investigation, MHRD Ex-post Facto Approval etc. in order to deceive MHRD and by presenting erroneous facts for the same. The complainant might have also tried to approach MHRD in order to tell how MHRD should work for deciding the eligibility for conducting the Degree Validation and thus he might be interrupted in the proceedings of Hon. MHRD which may be tent mounting to Contempt of Court. After the conduction of examination, the complainant might have approached MHRD several times for cancelling the awarded degree to a candidate who is/are not falling under his interpreted eligibility criteria. He might have sent several E-mails and letter to MHRD for the same. The complainant mentioned in the RTI vide might have made several such attempts thus it is requested to the PIO to search and provide the information from his good office in good faith) if any further fees have to be paid in this regard as per provisions of RTI Act, 2005 I request the PIO to kindly inform me about the same. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW IF STUDENTS ARE ALSO INCLUDED UNDER THIS AUTONOMOUS WORD OR ONLY FACULTY MEMBER ,MEMBERS OF SENATE AND BOARD GOVERNORS HAVE ALL THE RIGHT RESERVED FOR THE RULE AND POLICY FORMATION OF THE INSTITUTE. I ALSO WANT TO KNOW IF LEGAL AID AND COURT EXPENSES ARE BEING PAID TO FACULTY AND HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THE AUTONOMOUS INSTITUTE FOR COURT MATTERS AGAINST THEM OR THEY WANT TO GO TO COURT FOR ANY DISPUTE REGARDING INSTITUTE MATTER THEN WHY STUDENTS ARE NOT BEING PAID COURT EXPENSES IF STUDENTS WANT TO GO TO COURT FOR ANY DISPUTE IN THE INSTITUTE. Madam/Sir, Please provide the following information: 1. The name of the fund from which the fellowship amount is provided to the fellowship holders at IITs and IIMs of India. 2. A copy of the notification/order/rules and regulations regarding removal, termination and initiation of disciplinary enquiry against a fellowship holder at IITs/IIMs of India. 3. A copy of rules and regulations regarding initiation of disciplinary enquiry against a fellowship holder at IITs/IIMs. 4. The fellowship holders at IITs/IIMs comes under which code of conduct rules and regulations. 5. The name, designation and amount of fellowship provided to each and every current fellowship holders at all the Indian Institute of Technology in India. The rules and regulations for fellowship holder of the IIT are framed by concerned Institute, as per the delegated powers under the institute of technology act, 1961. The details of amount paid to fellowship student may be obtained from CPIO of concerned IIT, as IIT are separate public authority under the RTI Act, 2005. As per OM No. F.10/2/2008-IR dated 24th September, 2010 issued by DoPT, since the information is available with more than one Public Authority, therefore you are advised to make separate applications to the concerned Public Authorities for obtaining the desired information.
