651 DOSEL/R/2016/50805 nil Respected sir madam i want information of central government education Department information regarding centrally sponsored model school scheme in Andhra pradesh state . please send information about SECOND PHASE model schools sanctioned and funded by central government to Andhra pradesh in 2012-2013 .All of you know the central government delink the scheme from the financial year 2015-2016 only .so i want before information Regarding status of construction of second phase model schools sanctioned and funded by central government in 2012 -2013 to Andhra pradesh state .so please give detailed information on model school scheme according to Rti Act .6(1). so ,please give the following information in detail according to right to information act 1) what is the status of construction of Second phase approved model schools by PAB (109 schools in educationally backward blocks ) in Andhra pradesh under centrally sponsored scheme which was sanctioned in 2012-2013. In 2012-2013 the model schools are under central government scheme.(Lr.F.No.1-5/2012-Sch.1(MS), Government of India, MHRD, Department of School Education and Literacy, minutes of the 6th PAB meeting dt.8/10/2012). 2) under phase-II of the Scheme, the Government of India have sanctioned total 234 Model Schools for the State of Andhra Pradesh with the total project cost of Rs.904.23 crores . Copy of the IEDSS scheme is available on website of Ministry of HRD mhrd.gov.in in the following section Department of School Education and Literacy - Secondary Education - Schemes - Rashriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan - IEDSS 2. Copy of letter of MHRD regarding IEDSS scheme to states is attached. 3. All the amendments in the IEDSS scheme have been incorporated in the guidelines available on the MHRD website. 4. In Ministry of HRD, a complaint was received from Sh. Yogacharya Satender Singh. The complaint was examined with the concerned agencies and it was found there is no fraud/scam in the IEDSS scheme as alleged in the complaint. Further, a similar complaint has been received through CVC. The complaint was sent to the concerned agency for its comments. The comments are under examination/submission in MHRD. Copy of the complain would be sent to you as soon as the concerned file is received back in the division. 5,6, and 7 The information will be provided as soon as the concerned file is received back in the division. 8,9,10. No such orders has been issued by this division. 11. You can seek the appointment from the CPIO RMSA-IV, Tel No. 23384501 on any working day to inspect the documents. But it is very unfortunate to say that the Member Secretary of NCTE is indulged in fraud / Scam in Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) of Inclusive Education of Disabled at Secondary Stage (IEDSS). The Member Secretary of NCTE is misusing his official power to work beyond the jurisdiction of NCTE. Kindly provide following information under the RTI Act 2005: 1. Copy of Letter / Representation received by the NCTE from the Directorate of Education GNCT of Delhi regarding approval of CTET as an essential qualification for appointment of Special Education Teachers at Secondary (Class IX to X) and Senior Secondary (Class XI to XIII) Level under IEDSS Scheme. 2. Copy of approval Letter of NCTE sent to Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi through which CTET has been made an essential qualification for appointment of Special Education Teachers for Class IX to XII. 3. Details of CTET examination conducted by NCTE or any other authority for Class IX to XII of General Teachers. 4. Details of CTET examination conducted by NCTE or any other authority for Class IX to XII of Special Education Teachers. 5.
