But in IIT Delhi for december months scholarship no increment has been received as here Post Graduate (PG) students got admission through GATE. 1. Why the revised scholarship has not been disbursed to students. give reasons. 2. Which agency of the govt. issues scholarships for PG students and what is the exact route through which these scholarships came. 3. IITs have imposed different conditions for getting scholarships like some condition of academic performance. this condition is not uniform in all the institutions disbursing scholarships to GATE QUALIFIED students. why is it so. is there any condition applied by issuing authorities. if yes, please give the clear condition. 07/01/2015 nil Reply attached. DOHED/R/2015/60011) THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED BACK THIS AMOUNT UNDER CHARGE BACK NO 3273 , FIRST OF ALL I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS MEANING OF CHARGE BACK, TO UNDERSTAND THIS I CONTACTED MY HOME BRANCH OF BANK (STATE BANK OF INDIA, CHOWARI DISTT CHAMBA HP) , BUT THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND TOLD THAT THIS IS AN ONLINE TRANSACTION AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.FEE OF GATE FORM IS RS 1500, I PAID RS 1500 THREE TIMES FIRST TWO TRANSACTIONS WERE FAILED, FROM FAILED TRANSACTIONS I GOT ONE 1500 BACK, BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OTHER 1500, IT WAS 26/09/2014 WHEN I MADE THIS TRANSACTION BUT STILL DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE CLUE THAT WHERE IS THIS AMOUNT, I HAVE FILED COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS SEVERAL TIMES AT SBI HELPLINE NO, BUT THEY ALSO REJECTED MY REQUEST.
