I wish to apply for M.Tech program in various IITs and NITs and while searching for an apt institution for my purpose I have encountered a serious issue.\n\nThe issue is regarding the premier Govt. institutions not declaring their M.Tech placement records. Provide the list of candidates applied for the post of Manager (T) and list of candidates appeared in the written Test held on 16/01/2016 at all the centres over India.\n2. Please provide the list of all 107 candidates along with contact details to whom admit cards has been issued for written test at Kolkata centre Netaji Shubhas Engineering College.\n3. Under which HR recruitment policy of IIT delhi GATE/JAM , NOC has been made mandatory for appearance in the written test. Please provide copy of such policy/office order. Has approval from Govt/Ministry of HRD obtained before putting such discretionary and illegal clause.Please provide copy of such approval from ministry.\n4. Nowhere in India (neither in UPSC/PCS or any agency) NOC is required for appearance in a written test of any competitive examination rather NOC is required at the time of interview or joining. Why illegal and discriminatory clause of NOC was added in the Admit card duly signed by Chairman GATE.\n5. Is there any such clause added by IIT Delhi in any of its previous conducted written examination. Please provide the details if any such example exist.\n6. Provide the copy of such illegal and biased decision which has reduced rather eliminated the competition.\n8. What is the normal mode of dispatching the admit cards adopted by GATE/JAM. Is special approval from CA has been obtained in this regard. Please provide copy of such decision.\n9. How much time was given between the date of dispatch of Admit Card and date of Examination in the recent 2015 GATE Examination. Why this criteria was not followed in Manager (T) examination.\n10. Since the no. of applicant was very less why IIT Delhi has not allowed to appear in the written test to those candidates also whose NOC was under process to increase the competition rather preferred to reduce the completion by restricting the candidates.\n11. Name address and designation of the official deputed by IIT Delhi at Kolkata Centre for supervision of the above examination.\n12. Provide the details of complaints filed by other candidates regarding above examination along with the contact details of the complainant.\n13.
