T. Thorat on the above point no. 1.\n\nBut, I have not been provided the copy of CBI investigation report and the copy of Office Memorandum recommended for action vide ref. no. No attachment of the said Office Memorandum has been provided although it has been mentioned in the RTI reply that copy is enclosed.\n\nSo, I request you to provide me the copy of CBI report as CBI, SPE, Dehradun is not covered under RTI. You are also requested to provide the copy of Office Memorandum vide ref. no. C-13011/2/2015-Vig. dated 12.02.2016.\n\nThe documents are required as they are directly related to my livelihood because I have been Chargesheeted and Departmental Enquiry is being conducted by the Director, NIT Uttarakhand framing the charge against me that I have made false and baseless complaint to the PMO as a top signatory vide letter dt. 29.10.2014 against the Director only with the intention to tarnish his image. CBI enquiry had been conducted against the Director because of my complaints to the PMO with other signatories regarding his financial irregularities in NI deal. 2424 DOHED/R/2016/80325 nil I am research scholar at IIT Kharagpur, coming under institute category.\nOther categories of scholars like sponsored, scholars of pure science get contingency money but institute scholars are not given any contingency money. During a visit by MHRD in 2013, it was informed to us that a contingency fund is allocated for institute category research scholars also, which can be availed from the respective department through the permission of Head of the department. But we are not getting any contingency money. Please let me know, if institute scholars are eligible for contingency money. If yes, how much amount is allotted to them annually\n\nAnother issue regarding HRA is also there. Please let me know if research scholars who are staying in hostel and paying hostel as well as mess fees are eligible to get HRA.
