1304 DOHED/R/2017/80558 nil Sub : conducting of Interviews for Group.c posts by IISER Tirupati clarification reg. Sir First of all Happy International Yoga Day. As per Govt of India Gazette Notification O.M. dt.15.jan.2016 & OM.dtd.29.dec.2015 it is clearly mentioned that (1). Interviews should be discontinued for all Junior level posts upto Group.B non gazetted posts with immediate effect and 100% weightage should be given to written exam only. (2). It will applicable to all Central Govt/ PSU/ Autonomous institutions etc under Govt.of India. (3). If anyone wish to conduct Interviews prior permission should be taken from Department of personnel training ( DoPT ) after taking Written permission from their concerned Ministry. Here Iam unable to upload the Gazette notification.Please go through Gazette notification. Indian Institute of Science Education Research (IISER) TIRUPATI conducted written test on 01.04.17 followed by Interviews on 16,17.apr.2017 for Group.C Office Assistant Multi Skill posts. IISER TIRUPATI management replied me that Merit list prepared only on the basis of Interviews. A copy of full reply attached here for your kind information. Pleased clarify us (1) whether prior permission was taken from Govt.of India for conducting of interviews for Group.c Office assistant posts. If so please send me a copy of Permission Letter to my email. Or (2) whether conducting of Interview for Group.C posts was Justified as per MoA IISER TIRUPATI. Please clarify us Whether recruitment process was done as per Govt.of India rules. If not please instruct them for preparing afresh list according to Merit list /Govt.of India recruit rules. 1309 DOHED/R/2017/52317/2 nil 1- Can higher educational institutes like IIT, IIM, IIITs, NIT make discriminatory rules against female students in the name of safety. 2- Can the timings of female student be restricted in campuses of such colleges as mentioned above while being accessible to male students throughout day. 3-IIITDM Jabalpur has made discriminatory rule in the name of women safety by restricting timing of girl students on campus. The campus is not accessible to girls after 10:30 while it is open for male students through out day and night. I request for information on the official record on present status of action initiated or copy of inquiry conducted on this matter by this data of application. 04/07/2017 nil Disposed of Your RTI application Vide latter No. 39-29/2015-TS.VII dated 03.08.2017 View DOHED/A/2017/60256 Information was requested from CPIO, MHRD on present status of inquiry copy about faculty recruitment illegality at IISER Bhopal which was directed by Prime Minister office vide order no. PMOPG/D/2015/0250650, DT. 19.10.2015. The CPIO failed to provide the exact information requested upon, i.e., copy of present inquiry status report that is being initiated by MHRD. Instead a copy of IISER Bhopal reply was provided which not at all requested indeed. The document provided by CPIO is no way a copy of inquiry/action conducted by MHRD and this report nowhere shows what actions being taken by MHRD after obtaining the said reply from IISER Bhopal. The copy provided by CPIO nowhere justified by IISER Bhopal why the reported contractual faculty regularization and Associate Professor promotions are not illegal as per law and rules.
