1291 DOHED/R/2017/52478 nil Sir, I was a candidate for Junior Assistant examination conducted by IIT Palakad on 23rd April 2017. It was a three tier level examination. First level was objective type examination, second level was computer based examination and third level was descriptive examination. I cleared first and second level of the examination and appeared for the third level. Unfortunately i was not there in the final provisional list published by them after the third level. But i would like to know the details of the marks scored by me in all levels of the examination and also the marks scored by all the candidates in all levels with there names and hall ticket number. I am forwarding this letter to Department of Higher Education, M/O Human Resource Development since the name of IIT Palakad is not there in the list of Public Authority. Vide IIT Mandi BoG 14th meeting held on 26.2.2016 vide item No.14.2.5 alongwith other posts 2 posts of Assistant Executive Engineers were created to fill up the same by direct recruitment. However as per information received under RTI Act, 2005 IIT Mandi has been filled the post of Asstt. Executive Engineer(Electrical) by the mode of promotion to the candidate who is on deputation in IIT, kindly supply me copy of promotion order of deputation officer promoted to Asstt. Executive Engineer. 2 . Whether IIT Mandi BoG rectt.rules framed vide meeting held on 26.2.2016 are applicable in IIT Mandi, if yes, then how deputation officer given promotion since as per DoPT instruction and Swamys Hand book deputation officers are not eligible for promotion. 3. Kindly supply me copy of advertisement vide which post of Asstt. Engineer(Elect.) was advertised to fill up on deputation basis. Since one incumbent working on deputation basis in IIT mandi who has further been promoted as Asstt. Executive Engg. 4. Post of Asstt. 1293 DOHED/R/2017/52453 nil Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has directed to CVO, MHRD for appropriate action on illegal faculty recruitment at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal with registration no. 19329/2015/Vig-7, dt. 06/10/2015. Information was requested from MHRD vide no. DOHED/R/2015/64282 on the action initiated by CVO, MHRD for the above complain. No information was provided on the inquiry status, rather the complaint was forwarded to technical bureau of MHRD (copy attached). Although CVC has directed to intimate the action report directly to complainant and there is no intimation in this regard, I request for information on copy of documents or action report from MHRD on the present status of inquiry on this illegal recruitment. Being the complainant himself disclosing the inquiry report can not be treated as confidential and the same is involved with large public interest of the nation. As per Govt of India Gazette Notification O.M. dt.15.jan.2016 & OM.dtd.29.dec.2015 it is clearly mentioned that (1). Interviews should be discontinued for all Junior level posts upto Group.B non gazetted posts with immediate effect and 100% weightage should be given to written exam only. (2). It will applicable to all Central Govt/ PSU/ Autonomous institutions etc under Govt.of India. (3). If anyone wish to conduct Interviews prior permission should be taken from Department of personnel training ( DoPT ) after taking Written permission from their concerned Ministry. Here Iam unable to upload the Gazette notification.Please go through Gazette notification. Indian Institute of Science Education Research (IISER) TIRUPATI conducted written test on 01.04.17 followed by Interviews on 16,17.apr.2017 for Group.C Office Assistant Multi Skill posts. IISER TIRUPATI management replied me that Merit list prepared only on the basis of Interviews. A copy of full reply attached here for your kind information.
