I am also a GATE 2016 aspirant and if opportunity permits, I wish to pursue M.Tech Regular (Full-Time) from any of the IITs or Centrally funded Institute by MHRD.\n\nIn line to the aforesaid statement I further would like to attract your attention on a concern i.e. I am suffering from an Eye Disease i.e. Keratokonus at the moment and my eye vision is comparatively high but has been treated/ sufficed by contact lenses and currently my eyes are totally in control to perform my day to day operations firmly and also to takeup any of the academic assignments further.\n\nI was trying to have a check about this concern on the website of IITs & MHRD (Some Policy or Guideline) but I couldnt find it anywhere as I believe it must not be a Criteria for selecting a student for higher education in IITs or other MHRD Funded Technical Institutions. I am suffering from an Eye Disease i.e. Keratokonus at the moment but has been treated/ sufficed by contact lenses and currently my eyes are totally in control to perform my day to day operations firmly and also to takeup any of the academic assignments further.\n\nI was trying to have a check about this concern on the website of IITs & MHRD (Some Policy or Guideline) but I couldnt find it anywhere as I believe it must not be a Criteria for selecting a student for higher education in IITs or other MHRD Funded Technical Institutions.
