854 DOHED/R/2018/81233 nil Why there is unlimitied access of free adult websites in public wifi places like railways wifi, IITs etc.,\nIf watching porn is concerned with individual privacy, let them watch in their own mobiles/desktops\nAs far as my knowledge is concerned, railways and all IITs have not blocked adult websites inside their wifi zones and results in people watching porn in public places...\nRecent uttrakhand gangrape case by class 12 students also due to porn addictive nature of class 12 students...\nThe Uttarakhand High Court asked the Centre to strictly implement the ban on pornographic websites, taking cognisance of reports that a girl was gangraped in a Dehradun school by her fellow students after they watched porn clips.\n\nIssuing a slew of directives to implement the ban Thursday, a division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Rajiv Sharma and Justice Manoj Tiwari said, Unlimited access to these pornographic sites is required to be blocked/curbed to avoid an adverse influence on the impressionable minds of children.According to news reports, the four students had told the police during investigation that they had watched porn on the Internet before allegedly raping the girl who is a student of Class 10.\nAlso, railways wifi has been widely used for watching porn, refer the below newspaper news from hinudstan times\n\nFree WiFi access at suburban railway stations in the city has become a headache for railway authorities, with non-commuters and miscreants using the facility to watch porn during the night.\n\nWe have received complaints that the WiFi on stations is being used for wrong reasons, said Aarti Singh Parihar, Senior Division Commercial Manager, Western Railway. Frequent complaints have been received particularly at Mumbai Central station. Railway officials now plan to urge RailTel, the agency providing the service, to shut the WiFi after midnight or after the last suburban train departs from the stations. The department will be approaching RailTel regarding this, said Parihar.\n\nWhy not take action to block adult websites in public wifi zones like IITs/railways/airways etc 01/10/2018 nil Reply Attached View nil nil nil View nil View
