in how many Autonomous government educational institutes and central government universities and colleges, the Hindi Training Scheme has been introduced and completed\n\nwhich categories of staff (group A, B, C and Faculty, Teaching) of those Institutions are supposed to undergo the said training\n\nIs there any official notification or OM circulated by the Ministry or the concerned Department making it mandatory for implementing the Training. If yes, give a copy of the same.\n\nis the training scheme introduced in IIT Madras, IIT Tiruchapalli, NIT Srinagar/ Kashmir, NIT Silchar, NEHU, Tezpur University, IIM Shillong, IIT Bombay. if no, when is the ministry planning to implement to said course/ training. \n\nif an enrolled employee is unable to complete the said course/ training, will there be any mandatory penalty upon him. \n\n In how many institutions, the said course was introduced during the reign of the Congress (Dr. Manmohan Singh) Government and during the reign of the Current (Modi) Government. |
