In continuation of order no-No.1-7l2015-U.ll(2),Dated-02/11/17 for Scheme of revision of pay for the posts of Registrar, Deputy Registrar,Assistant Registrar, Controller of Examination, Deputy Controller ofExamination, Assistant Controller of Examination, Finance Officer,Deputy Finance Officer and Assistant Finance Officer following the revision of pay scales of Central Government employees on there commendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).Kindly provide the following details-
1)Kindly provide that whether above order is applicable for promotion/financial up gradation to the said post or that is only for revision of pay as per 7th CPC and UGC will circulate the separate guidelines .
2)Kindly provide the circular/order related to scheme of revision of pay as per 7th CPC along with minimum qualification/experience for promotion of scientific /technical post(Technical Superintendent/Sr.Technical Superintendent,Technical Officer,Sr.Technical Officer,Scientific Officer or equivalent position of non teaching etc).
3)Kindly provide that whether MHRD has framed uniform guidelines for scientific /technical staff(Technical Superintendent/Sr.Technical Superintendent,Technical Officer,Sr.Technical Officer,Scientific Officer or equivalent position) of central funded institutes/university or not,if not than kindly provide the basis to maintain the uniformity among these post in respect of recruitment/promotion/financial up gradation etc in various central funded institution/universities..
4.Basis for adopting the scientific/technical positions recruitment/promotion in IIT/NITs whether there is any guidelines available from MHRD for the same.
5.Whether MHRD order no-C34013/16/2015-Vig is applicable to all central funded universities/institutes or not. |
