If yes then why COA is denying registration to iit roorkee b.arch graduates of academic year 2009-2014.\n3. Can a IIT Roorkee B.Arch (2009-2014) graduate work as an architect or apply to government bodies as an architect without coa license. Can any legal action be taken against such student if he is working as an architect without coa license .\n4. Tech. is 2 years, i.e., 24 months, IIT Kanpur has mentioned in its PG Manual approved by its Senate in Sept 2015 that it will provide financial assistance to its M. Tech students for 24 months but is denying now to do so. None of the authorities are responding properly, hence this step is taken. Kindly clarify that for how many months does MHRD provide financial assistance to the students enrolled in M.Tech at IITs. And in case, it does provide for 24 months, kindly look into the matter at IIT Kanpur. \nLooking forward for a positive and quick response as it is not just a matter of money but a right of those dedicated their lives crucial years to research.
