When the 60 is retirement age is fixed for all central government employees, How without parliament resolution the retirement age is hiked to 62 and then 65 to some IIT faculties and other Faculty members alone in the country. Is this against Indian parliament because they are getting all the facilities on far with those who are retiring at 60. Only parliament is the authority to curtailment or enhancement of the superannuation age for those who are getting salary from the Central Government money. Court says only parliament can enhance the age for retirement. How this is legally valid without parliament resolution |

sir i belongs to jat caste which is stated under obc by the previous government. I had given my GATE exam under obc category and qualified the same under obc category. After the decleration of my gate result supreme court vanishes the jat quota in centre. Sir i want to know that , when i had fill my gate form i was in obc, when i given my gate exam i was in obc, and when result declared then also i was under obc, but now i am not in obc category. so my admission in M tech course on gate basis is not posible if i considered general. so if i am eligible to take admission in mtech course in obc quota. |

Sir/Madam, Sub : M.H.R.D guidelines regarding refund of semester fee w.r.t to withdrawal of admission.(MBA batch 2015-17) Scenario: I have already paid my first semester fee for the MBA programme, for the batch 2015-17, at IIT Madras on 18th May, 2015. In the offer letter sent to me by the institute, it was clearly mentioned that the fee would be refunded only in the case if i submit my withdrawal plea by 29th of May,2015. But not all IITs have completed their admission process. I also got an admission call from IIT Kharagpur,on 12th of June,2015. I am planning to join their MBA(IIT-KGP) programme. Queries: Most humbly I would like to request you to kindly provide me information on the following queries: 1) Am I eligible for refund of the pees paid by me (after deduction of some processing fee), in case I would like to withdraw my admission from IIT Madras, on or before commencement of classes of first semester that is due to begin by 13th of July,2015 (I would like to bring to your notice that I will inform the institute at least two weeks in advance about my decision to withdraw my admission from the respective institute.) 2) What is the exact guidelines or rules issued by M.H.R.D (Ministry of Human Resource and Development) w.r.t to withdrawal of admission and thereby policy of claiming of refund of fees already paid. 3) And if the institute is right in not refunding the fees,then under what provisions/circumstances/conditions are they entitled to. 4) Should not IITs conduct a common admission procedure or around the same time,so as to not restrict the choices for students . 5) In case if I am eligible for refund, and the respective institute denies me the refund, then what should I do to claim my refund. Note: 1)PFA the offer letter by IIT Madras with the terms and conditions mentioned. 2)I also had come across directive by MHRD ( 14-4/2007 -U.3(A), G.O.I/ M.H.R.D/Dept. of Higher education/U.3(A) Section) on this matter.
