3209 DOHED/R/2015/63750 nil hello Sir, Every year your Department is conducting GATE exam for Graduate, post graduate , job in PSU and fees for this exam is Rs 1500 for Men, Rs 750 for Women and Rs 750 for ST/SC. 1. My question is that fees so high for this exam, even this exam completely paper less, in that there is completely online procedure for form and exam. The Gate exam is completely organised by IITs it self so there is no need any other private facilities so govt should fixed some nominal charge for the GATE exam. Now a days there are so many exams are having on banking sector e.g. IBPS, SBI. they are also fixed Rs 600 fees regarding clerk and PO. why this exam fees are Rs 1500 give me suitable answer and try to reduced it so that every person those who are eligible for it, that can also take benefits of this GATE exam 2. Second question is for there are huge difference is men candidate fees and woman candidate fees, i feel this gap should be minimum or null. Please reply 01/10/2015 nil Reply attached.
