You have 5 IISERs functioning at different locations viz Thiruvananthapuram, Mohali,Kolkata,Pune and Bhopal as of today. I applied to IISER Pune and Mohali for Integrated Phd in Biological Science program. I also want to apply for IISER Kolkata but they have different eligibility criteria and and asking Mathematics at 12 class level or a course in mathematics or statistics at undergraduate level but such conditions were not laid down by IISER Pune and Mohali. So when all the IISERs are getting fund from Government of India why they have different eligibility conditions for admission.\n2. Can Government of India instructed or directed all the IISERs to have a common eligibility conditions for admissions for common programs.\n3. If answer to point number 2 is No then under what provisions of law or Constitution of India, You are unable to do so.\n4.
