In verbal conversation with many scholars they are saying institute do not have sufficient fund to provide revised fellowship. Does revised fund of scholarship has not been issued by MHRD. But few days later my friend told me that I have got 25. I checked the site once again to make sure he was right. I found that my new result was 25 marks overall.
