To Whom it may concern,\n\nOn or before 2012, there was freedom fighter(FF) quota is available in all Government MP state level colleges for engineering seat through MP PET exam.\n\nAfter 2012 MP PET had been discontinued and, IIT JEE is the only exam through which engineering seats allocation is going on.\n\nI have few queries regarding FF quota, please answer:\n\nQ1. This quota is currently active or not in MP. If yes then what is the current new procedure to acquire seat in this quota while student is appearing in IIT JEE exam.\n\nQ2. I am an alumnus of 2014 batch of IIT Jodhpur. I had made a request to Office of Academics, IIT Jodhpur on 13 Sept 2015 through Office of Automation website to send 15 copies of my Academic Transcript. \n\n2. As per IITJ norms as on date 13 Sept 2015, graduate students of IIT Jodhpur need to pay Rs. 100 per transcript and Rs. 100 for postal charges, if transcripts need to be couriered to a student. The said fee has been charged to Yatin Chaudhary, Gaurav Kumar and other graduate students of IIT Jodhpur who had requested IIT Jodhpur to issue their transcripts till 13 Sept 2015.\n\n3. Since I reside in Pune and transcripts were couriered to me so the amount payable by me to IIT Jodhpur for the issuance of 15 Transcripts is Rs. 1600. However, due to wrong information on IITJ website as on 13 Sept 2015, I had paid an amount of Rs. 3000 which actually should be Rs. 1600. Payment/Transaction ID for the same is 366986182352550 as per the receipt generated on payment portal of IIT Jodhpur.\n\n4. So, I had made a request to Office of Academics through a formal application to reimburse remaining amount of Rs. 1400. After my repeated emails to Office of Academics, IIT Jodhpur and complaint to Assistant Registrar Mr. Manish Kumar Bhomia, on 8 Dec 2015, I had received mail from Superintendent Mr. Gaurav Nigam that issue will be resolved as soon as possible. However, till now I have not received reimbursement of Rs. 1400 from IIT Jodhpur to my bank account nor have I received any further communication in this regard.\n\n\nUnder the provisions of RTI act 2005, please provide the following information: \n\n1. Why amount of Rs. 1400 for the above-mentioned payment has not been reimbursed to me since last 5 months when such requests should take a maximum of 1 week to 2 weeks at large.\n\n2. When an amount of Rs. 1400 will be reimbursed to me. |

A.G goswami, Prof Pawan Kumar, Prof Sourav Mukhopadhyay, Prof Debjani Chakerbarty , and i also send separate message to PG Section for sending my Scholarship of the month june 2015, but i got negative response even i send a suicide note to IIT Kgp on the month of july 2015, but they did not take any action, so my question are :-\n\n1. Where is the caution money 2013-2015 M.Tech Course.\n\n2. where is the money which is in M.M.M. Hall budget, because when we completed our course (2015) then the MMM Hall decided that they will send 2000 rupees to each student because the total budget in the mess was low than total charge of the food items.\n\n3. Why i did not get response from the department for the question :-why i got less grade in my class even i published my paper.\n\n4.
