I have recently paid my college fees.\nThe problem is that the institute has charged me Rs 400 for my online payment of fees.\nBut the institute does not charge any fine for those who have paid their fee through cash fee payment directly to college bank account at SBI.\nThe same problem had prevailed for previous years also but the college refused to return my \nrebate.
