He has not enclosed the copies of orders with the forwarding letter. This may be seen on the RTI portal. (Copy also attached). The same has been brought to the notice of the CPIO through mail, although he has not provided the complete information to my email ID. The information provided to my email ID is also incomplete . The copies of orders provided to my mail ID do not have signature of issuing authority. Thus, he has wrongfully denied to provided the information.
