In my application, I had sought access to the file containing all notings and correspondence on the above subject. However, I was informed that the file is under submission to higher authorities, because of which an inspection could not be arranged. Since there is no clarity on how long the concerned file will remain under submission to higher authorities, it is unfair to expect the applicant to wait indefinitely. As my request for information is legitimate, I request the appellate authority to order the PIO to arrange for the file inspection for three hours.
