For Budget 2017-18: The Budget At a Glance - Expenditure report on the website of Finance Ministry shows Expenditure on education being 79686 Cr whereas under the report for Annual Financial Statements the total expenditure on education i.e. General & Technical is shown as 36884 Cr (i.e. 22480 Cr and 14404 Cr). Request to please clarify the difference between 79686 Cr Vs 36884 Cr.

b. Items or Areas of spend e.g. Primary Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education

Dear sir,
My RTI application regarding appointment of GC Tripathi as chairman of IIT BHU was disposed off on December 22, 2017. In my application, I had sought access to the file containing all notings and correspondence on the above subject. However, I was informed that the file is under submission to higher authorities, because of which an inspection could not be arranged.
Since there is no clarity on how long the concerned file will remain under submission to higher authorities, it is unfair to expect the applicant to wait indefinitely. As my request for information is legitimate, I request the appellate authority to order the PIO to arrange for the file inspection for three hours.

you have given me response for my earlier RTI application that recruitment was in process and final result has been not declared.
so plz give me information related to matter mentioned bellow on the basis of progress of Final result of this recruitment till now a date.
1. How many candidates including me selected in the written exam along each and every candidate name, answer sheet certified copy, scored marks and category.
2. How many candidates including me qualified and disqualified the practical exam their details as name, scored marks in each stage of practical test.
3. Final marks or cut off mark of selected candidates along their name details and belonging institute (B-tech study).
